There may be occasions where we have to decline orders for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, the product description, an image posted on this website, or an error in your order.
If a particular Zeosoft product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you, and inform you of the estimated date of availability and deliver the product when it is available or give you the option to cancel the sale.
Your contract with Zeosoft will begin when you have fully paid for your order and Zeosoft provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to the email address you have specified.
We keep good stocks of all our products on hand however occasionally we may be out of stock of a particular item briefly and in times of unexpected heavy demand.
Zeosoft makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes are prompt but we are unable to accept liability for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with, any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
If however for any reason, dispatch of goods has not occurred within 14 days from your order date, you may elect to treat the failure to deliver as a termination of the contract between you and Zeosoft. In such an event Zeosoft will refund any payment due to you in respect of that particular order.
Zeosoft takes reasonable care to ensure your order is correct and is sent in brand new condition. We are happy to replace or refund faulty products so long as a receipt is given as proof of purchase. We cannot refund postage costs.
Zeosoft also offers a money back guarantee to any customer not satisfied with our skincare range. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will work with you to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Zeosoft accepts payment via credit cards or direct bank transfer.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax from July 1st, 2014). All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
